Virtual Educator Externships
Educators across Arizona are invited to join one of our structured, three-day virtual externship programs. Externs will rotate through various virtual experiences provided by industry leaders from diverse sectors and companies to increase industry awareness and help expose students to career pathways. Session topics include:

● Technical and employability skills needed in high-wage, high-demand industries

ElevateEdAZ offers financial incentives for educators at partner schools to support dual enrollment and industry-recognized credential attainment.

YouScience
ElevateEdAZ is excited to provide access to the YouScience career exploration tool for students at our partner schools.
All students are provided an assessment to learn more about their natural abilities and interests. The assessment is made of 11 brain games with a 60-question interest survey. While students are given a report of their career matches, natural abilities, and post-secondary resources, educators are also given an analytics report to help best match their students to pathways and in-demand careers. Insights include:
CTE/Perkins Pathways
Students are matched to their best-fit pathways.
Majors Match
Students are matched with local community and technical college programs.
Top Career
Identifies top careers for your students by aptitude, interest, and overall fit.
Cluster Matching
Students are exposed to industries and other opportunities in the cluster they are most aligned with.
