Elevating Your

Students' Future

Employers are eager to support you and all the great work you do to benefit students. ElevateEdAZ assists partner schools in fostering connections with businesses to align classes and curriculum to workforce needs, provide opportunities for work-based learning, and increase student exposure to career pathways.

Take the first step in providing work-based learning experiences for your students by signing up for CommunityShare, a platform designed to match you with local industry experts!  CommunityShare is currently open for educators from ElevateEdAZ partner districts, including Phoenix Union High School District with Mesa High Schools joining soon!

ElevateEdAZ is committed to providing professional development opportunities for Educators through Virtual Educator Externships. In addition, we host Elevate Your Network events, fostering virtual conversations between students and industry experts featuring a variety of career fields.

ElevateEdAZ is excited to provide a new career exploration tool for students at our partner schools. All students are provided a YouScience assessment to learn more about their natural ability and interests. The assessment is made of 11 brain games with a 60-question interest survey. While students are given a report of their career matches, natural abilities and post-secondary resources, educators are also given an analytics report to help best match their students to pathways and in-demand careers.

Here are the insights included:

CTE/Perkins Pathways- Students are matched to their best fit pathways.

Majors Match- Students are matched with local community and technical college programs.

Top Career- Identifies top careers for your students by aptitude, interest, and overall fit.

Cluster Matching- Students are exposed to industries and other opportunities in the cluster they are most aligned with.
