ElevateEdAZ and the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation are seeking regional Arizona partners to engage with local high schools to bridge the gap between education and business by creating opportunities for students to apply academics through work-based learning.
- By 2028, 70% of all jobs in Arizona will require an education beyond a high school diploma.[i]
- Arizona has a state-wide graduation rate of 78%[ii], and yet only 27% of high school graduates complete a postsecondary education by their mid-twenties.[iii]

Champion ElevateEdAZ in your community by connecting local employers and schools, and managing a regional work-based learning coordinator.
ElevateEdAZ currently offers subgrants to help partners launch and expand this work.
Build a sustainable local talent pipeline, close skills gaps, expand opportunities for students in high-wage, high-demand careers.
Partner with ElevateEdAZ through an MOU to host a College and Career Coach on your campus, with most program costs covered by ElevateEdAZ.
Support efforts to increase student participation in High-Wage, High Demand Career Pathways and Dual Enrollment.
